News Magazines is a division of Eastern Suburbs Newspaper Partnership, which is owned by General Newspapers Pty Ltd (ACN 000 117 322), Double Bay Newspapers Pty Ltd (ACN 000 237 598) and Suburban Publications Pty Ltd (ACN 008 629 767) of 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW, Australia. News Magazines and its partners or affiliates ("News Magazines", "our" or "we") provides the content on this website (the "website" or the "Content") subject to the following terms and conditions of use (the "Terms of Use").

Governing law and entire agreement
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
